The Senior Manager role at EY focuses on leading the Microsoft Enterprise Platform within the National Consulting Cybersecurity practice. The team is responsible for building, scaling, and delivering capabilities that address complex risks and transformation initiatives for clients. Candidates will engage in both solution offering leadership and architectural roles to drive successful client outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, AI, or Dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to operate across both sales and delivery functions.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience managing senior stakeholders.

• Lead delivery or solutioning of Microsoft Enterprise Platform engagements across AI, Security, and Cloud.
• Design and implement enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions aligned to business outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across security, identity, data, and cloud architecture.
• Collaborate across sales, architecture, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes.
• Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams.
