Job description

The Product Design Analyst will join the Client Digital team within Wealth Management, focusing on enhancing digital experiences for clients. This role involves supporting the design and evolution of platforms like Goldman.com and the PWM Mobile App. The Analyst will engage in user-centered design processes, from wireframing to prototyping, while collaborating with senior designers. The goal is to create intuitive digital solutions that meet high standards of innovation and security.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant coursework or graduating by June 2026.
  • 0–3 years of industry experience in digital product design or UX/UI.
  • A portfolio showcasing 1–2 projects that demonstrate the end-to-end design process.
  • Strong foundational skills in Figma and an understanding of design systems.
  • Knowledge of human-centered design principles, including information architecture and responsive design.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces for digital products.
  • Build clear, interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and facilitate usability testing.
  • Assist in analyzing user data and research insights to suggest design improvements.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to understand technical constraints.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system by documenting components.
  • Assist senior designers in conducting user research and usability testing.
