Arcadis is seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join the Resilience Water Team, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role involves leading a team of structural engineers and managing various design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in structural engineering to ensure successful project execution. This position is available in Virginia, Maryland, Washington D.C., or Georgia.

• 15 years of structural engineering experience in Water/Wastewater.
• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis.
• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Structural or Civil/Structural.

• Provide geographical leadership for the structural engineering team.
• Lead water and wastewater design engineering and construction projects.
• Manage junior and mid-level structural engineering staff.
• Organize and conduct structural related engineering investigations and planning work.
• Develop calculations, plans, specifications, and other contract documents.
• Manage the production of engineering and construction drawings and specifications.
• Function as an Engineer of Record, Task Manager, or Project Engineer on projects.
• Facilitate coordination for timely completion and submission of projects.
