The Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst plays a crucial role in shaping the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and Data Risk and Control Framework. This position requires a dynamic individual who can adapt to changing needs while managing multiple responsibilities. The analyst will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with data governance policies and support the rollout of the enterprise strategy. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for guiding and influencing stakeholders effectively.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data Governance, Data Management, or Process Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with Project Management methodologies and tools.
• 5+ years of experience in Data control drafting, implementation, and execution.
• 3+ years of Risk Management experience.
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent work experience.

• Partner with multiple teams to implement relevant Data Governance policies and Data Risk and Control framework.
• Provide expertise on Data Governance and Data Risk and Controls framework including design and performance monitoring.
• Oversee and analyze data-related issues, tracking ownership and associated metrics.
• Support business lines and global functions on enterprise Data Governance strategy rollout.
• Gather and synthesize metrics on existing Data Governance principles and industry best practices.
• Produce recommendations for enterprise-wide guiding principles and policies.
• Determine requirements for and prioritize development of new enterprise-wide principles and practices.
• Develop and manage an approach for measuring adoption of principles and policies.
