The Intelligence Lead Analyst position at Citi is a senior-level role focused on enhancing the company's proactive threat hunting and cyber Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) capabilities. This role involves transforming open-source information into actionable intelligence to protect Citi's assets and reputation. The analyst will drive hypothesis-driven hunt operations and operationalize cyber threat intelligence into detection engineering. Additionally, the position requires deep expertise in the cyber threat intelligence lifecycle and the ability to communicate complex intelligence effectively.

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in cyber threat intelligence or related fields.
• A working knowledge in areas such as Advanced Persistent Threat, Cybercrime, and Malware.
• Proven track record of operationalizing cyber threat intelligence into actionable outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with a Master’s degree preferred in a related STEM discipline.

• Analyze regional threat data and correlate it with existing intelligence requirements.
• Monitor and research cyber threats impacting the Citi brand.
• Conduct post-mortem analysis on logs and traffic flows to identify malicious activity.
• Evaluate networks to assess potential weaknesses and points of entry.
• Present discovered patterns to senior leadership to forecast future cyber-attacks.
• Liaise with intelligence communities and law enforcement for information sharing.
• Triage, process, and disseminate intelligence alerts and reports.
