As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will be part of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing team, focusing on delivering client value through expertise in pricing and revenue management, particularly in the travel and tourism sector. You will work collaboratively with case teams to provide insights and analysis, contributing to impactful solutions for clients. The role also involves developing intellectual property and assets for the business while assisting in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues. Occasional travel to client sites is expected to understand requirements and design solutions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of consulting experience in travel revenue management is required.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience is required.
- Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Advanced technical and analytical skills, including RM pricing capabilities and proficiency in SQL and/or Python, are strongly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities are necessary.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver client value through individual expertise and leveraging BCG Vantage assets.
- Support cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights.
- Help case teams create strong impact for the client.
- Contribute to developing intellectual property and assets for the business.
- Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on topic/industry expertise.
- Work with topic leadership to develop client offerings and support revenue management projects.
