The Audio NPI PM organization at Apple is seeking a Product Manager to lead operations within WW Operations and serve as the primary interface to the core product development team. This role focuses on ensuring the successful launch of products while meeting cost, quality, schedule, availability, and customer experience goals. The NPI PM will work closely with various teams to manage project launches and drive responsive supply chains. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related engineering field
• Ability to travel internationally up to 25%
• Experience working with off-shore manufacturers and traveling to manufacturing sites
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to management

• Lead ramp availability for all product modules with Materials, Quality, Engineering, and other internal and external teams.
• Ensure security, materials, equipment, fixtures, staffing, training, and documentation plans are in place at our partners.
• Drive responsive supply chains that optimize lowest costs, operational flexibility, and high quality.
• Assess, analyze, consolidate, and communicate risk and status clearly and succinctly to management.
• Call out key issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional executive team through new product reviews and other executive forums.
• Provide links from the Cupertino Ops & Engineering Teams to the Factory teams throughout new product introduction.
• Manage product hand-off to Sustaining Operations Management.
