Morgan Stanley is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics Engineering to design and deploy machine learning models for data-driven decisions in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on implementing distributed training systems, analyzing past event data, and building APIs for real-time predictions. The team leverages innovation to enhance capabilities that support clients and colleagues. This position allows for telecommuting up to 2 days per week.

• Requires a Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Requires one year of experience in the position offered or as a Software Developer, Intern, or a related occupation.
• Requires one year of experience with Python and libraries including Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-learn.
• Requires experience with data processing techniques including handling missing values, normalization, and feature extraction.
• Requires knowledge of machine learning algorithms including linear regression, decision tree, and K-nearest neighbors.
• Requires familiarity with basic deep learning algorithms and frameworks including TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Requires understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.

• Design and deploy machine learning models for data-driven decisions.
