Job description

This role focuses on improving shopping on Amazon through the use of conversational capabilities of large language models. The team is looking for passionate individuals who are eager to innovate and enhance customer experience. Requirements

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience with new and existing systems
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM fundamentals, including transformer architecture and optimization techniques

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a stable and efficient training system for model training and reinforcement learning that scales to various model sizes and architectures.
  • Collaborate with other applied scientists and engineers to improve training efficiency and reliability.
  • Design and implement scalable data infrastructure to handle Amazon-scale data ingestion, processing, and delivery.
  • Quickly learn and adopt state-of-the-art technologies and algorithms in the field of Generative AI.
