The Manager, Advanced Data Analytics and Insights is responsible for delivering targeted research and advanced analytics to support business decision-making. This role requires independence, critical thinking, and strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership and peers. The team focuses on promoting an innovative agile culture while working with data insights and analytics. The position does not involve direct staff oversight but emphasizes individual contribution and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree with 4 years of experience working with data insight solutioning.
• Preferred BS/MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Basic competence in translating business problems into Analytical/Quantitative/Advanced Analytics.
• Knowledge in Business Statistics and Quantitative methods.
• Experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets.
• Expertise with data workflow tools and understanding of data and database concepts.
• Proficient with writing and decoding SQL and Python.
• Working experience with Python libraries.
• Proficient with BI and analytical tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Understanding of Data insight life cycle and experience working with large data sets.
• Agile experience is preferred.
• Presentation experience is preferred.
• Financial services experience is preferred.
