As a Senior Infrastructure Reliability Engineer at AWS, you will focus on driving reliability risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for datacenter infrastructure equipment. The role requires a proactive approach to root cause analysis and continuous improvement of critical equipment. • 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering experience in mission-critical facilities such as data centers or power generation.
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Experience in data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Reliability Engineering, Physics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of work experience in reliability risk identification and assessment from component to system level.

• Drive reliability risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for datacenter infrastructure equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis of critical equipment failures and implement continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product specification and risk identification.
• Evaluate product design quality and reliability risks using analytical and statistical approaches.
