Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing, Technical Communication, Business Strategy, or a related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Developer Relations Engineering-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Developer Relations Engineering-related occupation is acceptable.
  • 1 year of experience in identifying and triaging technical issues or leveraging debugging tools.
  • Experience in communicating complex technical concepts to users.
  • Ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with teammates, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product engagement and identify critical user needs.
  • Attend or facilitate key industry conferences and events to gain and share user experience and technology insights.
  • Lead strategic developer programs and act as a recognized subject matter authority in the domain.
  • Contribute constructive input and feedback on new products or programs, representing partner interests effectively.
  • Organize and maintain clear lines of communication with internal stakeholders to align on strategic objectives.
