The Senior Civil Engineer SME will serve as the technical authority for civil site engineering within Jacobs' Advanced Manufacturing group, focusing on hyperscale data center and advanced technology campus programs. This role emphasizes leadership in civil engineering standards, mentoring junior engineers, and managing permitting and regulatory strategies. • Active Professional Engineer (Civil) license in at least one US state.
• 15 or more years of civil engineering experience, including 8 or more years leading site civil design for large-site industrial or technology campus programs.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Deep working knowledge of stormwater management design and NPDES permitting.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.

• Lead civil site engineering across the full design lifecycle for multi-building hyperscale campus programs.
• Design and govern stormwater management infrastructure for large impervious-surface campuses.
• Provide civil technical leadership for underground fuel storage systems supporting large generator plants.
• Develop and maintain Jacobs civil engineering design standards and specification templates.
• Lead land use entitlement strategy for greenfield and adaptive-reuse hyperscale campus sites.
