The Mid-Level Water Resources Engineer will work with the Portland-based Water Team on various infrastructure projects, focusing on stormwater and restoration planning and design. This role involves utilizing low-impact development approaches and hydraulic modeling for water-resources related projects. The engineer will also mentor junior staff and contribute to business development activities. This position offers opportunities for career growth while addressing critical environmental challenges.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in hydrology and hydraulic analysis, drainage design, and stormwater modeling
• Ability to work independently and manage design tasks
• Oregon PE license or qualifications to attain it within the next year
• Strong experience with CAD design software, specifically AutoCAD Civil 3D

• Contribute to stormwater and restoration design and hydraulic modeling for various projects
• Write and assemble stormwater and hydraulic technical reports
• Provide team leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level staff
• Support business development activities by identifying opportunities with existing clients
