Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in at least one state
  • At least 15 years of experience with civil site development and civil works infrastructure projects
  • Detailed knowledge of civil site and infrastructure design
  • Experience with Hydraulics & Hydrology studies and stormwater drainage system design
  • Expertise with AutoCAD Civil 3D design software
  • United States Citizenship

Responsibilities

  • Act as civil design lead and Engineer of Record for projects across the country.
  • Work closely with project managers to respond to client Requests for Proposal with technical scopes of work.
  • Plan and execute work independently while handling complex assignments.
  • Interpret business issues and recommend best practices.
  • Lead teams in preparing engineering assessment reports and design documents.
  • Serve as a quality control reviewer to ensure deliverables meet client requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developing engineers.
  • Occasionally travel to project and client sites for observations and meetings.
