Job description

The role is focused on designing and developing next-generation customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for Microsoft Advertising. The CRM team aims to unify advertiser data and enhance workflows using AI-driven features. Candidates will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to impact thousands of sellers and marketers worldwide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM for advertising workflows including Sales, Marketing, and Case Management.
  • Connect CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms such as Power BI.
  • Support AI-first initiatives and automation capabilities within CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve seller efficiency.
  • Partner with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
  • Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards.
