The role is focused on designing and developing next-generation customer relationship management (CRM) solutions for Microsoft Advertising. The CRM team aims to unify advertiser data and enhance workflows using AI-driven features. Candidates will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business objectives. • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CRM for advertising workflows including Sales, Marketing, and Case Management.
• Connect CRM with Ads systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Support AI-first initiatives and automation capabilities within CRM systems to streamline workflows and improve seller efficiency.
• Partner with product managers, data engineers, and sales teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
• Maintain data integrity, privacy compliance, and security standards.
