Job description

The Transformation Program Manager at Apple will lead strategic initiatives to modernize and optimize global business processes and operational systems. Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations, or systems consulting roles.
  • BS or BA in Business, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing direct reports or project teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of core accounting and operational finance processes.
  • Past experience with Python / SQL from a business-facing or finance role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear vision and roadmap for transforming core business processes.
  • Identify, analyze, and redesign end-to-end operational workflows across various groups.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of new enterprise technologies.
  • Drive initiatives to improve data governance and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, including communication plans and training programs.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, IS&T, PMO, and various business units to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure all transformation efforts maintain strong internal controls and comply with industry standards.
