Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in business analytics or a related field
- Excellent analytical and business strategy skills
- Effective communication skills for presenting to business partners and leaders
- Project and process management skills
- Experience in financial services analytics
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of financial markets and products, including derivatives and trading activities
- Comfortable working with large data sets and understanding data structures
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Python
Responsibilities
- Gather operational data from various cross-functional stakeholders to examine past business performance.
- Identify data patterns and trends to enhance business decision-making capabilities.
- Recommend actions for future developments and strategic business opportunities.
- Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting strategies.
- Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring new data sources and tools.
- Work closely with internal and external partners to implement and track decision strategies.
- Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
