The Loan Doc & Proc Sr Analyst is a seasoned professional responsible for managing loan documentation and supporting various tasks within the loan process. This role requires in-depth knowledge of loan procedures and industry standards, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. The analyst will also play a leadership role, coaching new recruits and influencing decisions within the team. The position focuses on improving processes, increasing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• 3-5 years of experience in loan documentation or processing
• Sound knowledge of financial products, accounting principles, and practices
• High degree of numeracy and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand complex data and condense it into key themes
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

• Manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to various tasks related to the loan process.
• Independently process and close loans within a complex loans operation environment.
• Provide value-added perspective or advice that contributes to the development of new techniques and improvement of loan documentation processes.
• Identify loan-related control deficiencies and implement appropriate procedures and solutions to mitigate risks.
• Resolve complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation of loan procedures and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce expenses.
• Assume informal/formal leadership roles within the team and coach new recruits.
• Create and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
