The Java Developer role involves participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team. The primary focus is on applications systems analysis and programming activities. The developer will work closely with both onshore and offshore teams to deliver business solutions while ensuring high-quality code and documentation. This position requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate with a limited level of supervision.

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development
• 5+ years of experience in developing Java and Spring Boot applications
• Good knowledge of SQL, preferably Oracle dialect
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Write good quality code in Java and Spring Boot
• Perform peer code reviews of project codebase changes
• Evaluate and adopt new development tools and libraries
• Consult with users and clients on programming solutions
• Analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities and security issues
