The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at Citibank will focus on establishing and implementing application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role involves performing systems analysis and programming activities while partnering with management teams to enhance system integration and deploy new products. The analyst will resolve complex business and system process issues and provide expertise in applications programming. Additionally, the position includes mentoring mid-level developers and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Six years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation.
• Experience in architecting and optimizing MongoDB schema designs.
• Experience in implementing and benchmarking J2EE and Spring Boot microservices.
• Experience in engineering applications with metadata-based workflow orchestration logic using MongoDB.
• Experience in developing dynamic business rules using Spring Expression Language (SpEL).
• Experience in resolving and debugging complex system integration issues.
• Experience in leading technical project delivery while applying PMP and Scrum Master best practices.

• Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
• Perform applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions.
• Identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure adherence to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when making business decisions and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
