The Principal Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web applications and APIs by developing and maintaining automated test frameworks. This role involves close collaboration with development, product, and QA teams to integrate testing into the software development lifecycle. The engineer will also provide technical guidance and support for complex projects, focusing on continuous improvement in test coverage and efficiency. This position requires a strong background in automation solutions and CI/CD methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field, or a Master's degree in the same fields with relevant experience.
• Five years of experience as a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer or closely related occupation, or three years with a Master's degree.
• Experience integrating automation solutions according to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies and DevOps pipelines, using Jenkins or Bitbucket.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks and UI workflows using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and other specified technologies.

• Perform code reviews and formal reviews of application designs and requirements.
• Define and implement quality process improvements focused on defect prevention.
• Execute manual and automated test scripts for complex projects.
• Coordinate test schedules, work assignments, and resource plans.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
• Develop original and creative technical solutions to ongoing development efforts.
• Analyze and report overall test status and results.
• Perform risk analysis at the project management level.
