• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
• Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and one year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing complex solutions for highly transactional and event-driven applications using Java and SpringBoot.
• Experience creating unit tests with Junit and Mockito frameworks and integrating with cloud computing services like AWS and Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in applying Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices using tools like Jenkins, uDeploy, or Terraform.

• Develop original and creative technical solutions for ongoing development efforts.
• Design applications or subsystems for major projects across multiple platforms.
• Support all phases of development leading to final implementation.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for applications supporting various domain initiatives.
• Establish project plans for projects of moderate scope.
• Perform independent and complex technical analysis for multiple applications to support modernization initiatives.
