Job description
As a Software Engineer on the Safety and Location team at Apple, you will contribute to the development of innovative safety features such as Emergency SOS Live Video and Crash Detection. This role requires collaboration with various product development groups to enhance wireless systems and improve customer experiences globally. The position demands a strong background in software development and the ability to adapt to evolving requirements. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing aggressive delivery schedules while focusing on user privacy and safety.
Requirements
- Strong Software Engineering skills including design, programming in C, C++, Python, and Git.
- Experience crafting APIs and broad experience in system design.
- Familiarity with basics of RF or location estimation technologies.
- Experience designing and debugging frameworks and multi-threaded or multi-process systems.
- Experience with Objective-C or Swift programming.
