Job description
This position involves web development and the implementation of microservices using Java, Spring Boot, MyBatis, and JSON. The role focuses on establishing and maintaining automation infrastructure while developing complex software applications. The candidate will work on continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins and Git, providing business solutions within the health and welfare benefits domain. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and three years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in a related field and one year of experience as a Senior Software Engineer/Developer.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced test automation and framework engineering for RESTful API web services.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Java, Spring Boot, Rest Assured, and MyBatis.
- Proficiency in CI/CD optimization using Jenkins, GIT, and Maven.
Responsibilities
- Develop original and creative technical solutions for ongoing development efforts.
- Design applications or subsystems for major projects across multiple platforms.
- Support and perform all phases of testing leading to implementation.
- Assist in planning and conducting user acceptance testing.
- Develop comprehensive documentation for multiple applications.
- Establish project plans for projects of moderate scope.
- Perform independent and complex technical and functional analysis for multiple projects.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure product quality and release readiness.
