Job description

This position involves designing and developing reusable financial services mobile applications, focusing on test automation solutions for iOS and Android platforms. The role requires maintaining CI/CD pipelines and monitoring application installations in app stores. The candidate will leverage business knowledge to translate divisional initiatives into effective solutions while mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing Test Automation Frameworks within the Financial Services domain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and five years of experience as a Principal Software Engineer/Developer.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field and three years of experience in the same role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting and designing Test Automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Experience with testing techniques such as Functional testing, Security testing, and Data migration testing.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in architecture design teams and define application-level architecture.
  • Develop applications on complex projects and recommend development testing tools.
  • Ensure QA readiness of software deliverables and develop comprehensive documentation.
  • Establish full project life cycle plans for complex projects across multiple platforms.
  • Advise on risk assessment and management strategies for projects.
  • Mentor junior team members and perform complex technical analysis for multiple projects.
