This position is for a multifaceted engineer within Apple's Silicon Technologies group, focusing on the development of system-level test programs for SoC devices. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 years of experience in test and characterization of High-Speed IO PHYs, PLLs, and Sensors.
- Understanding of mixed-signal IPs and related electrical specifications.
- Experience with Digital, Mixed Signal, and SoC devices.
- Familiarity with statistical data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Characterize parametric performance of High Speed IO PHYs, PLLs, and other Custom HardIPs.
- Define characterization plans and perform statistical data analysis.
- Drive ATE-Bench correlation and data reviews across cross-functional teams.
- Work with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability.
- Perform failure analysis to root-cause issues and implement corrective actions.
- Complete yield and correlation analysis for all test insertions.
