Job description

The Senior Program Manager will lead the launches of AI software products and manage go-to-market programs at NVIDIA. This role requires collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery and partner activations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing structure to evolving priorities and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. This position focuses on driving Generative AI initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software launches.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of project and program management experience in AI software, cloud, developer platform, or enterprise software environment.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience leading software launches through the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Solid understanding of how product, engineering, marketing, sales, and partner teams coordinate to bring software products to market.
  • Experience with partner activation programs, co-marketing launches, or ecosystem go-to-market motions.
  • Strong leadership skills and proven experience in collaborating effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex, cross-functional software launch programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define program requirements and develop comprehensive plans.
  • Coordinate with product management, technical program management, product marketing, partner marketing, developer relations, and sales.
  • Manage communication across the organization with regular updates on status and decisions needed.
