• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Own significant portions of the product and influence strategy for new features and architecture.
• Solve challenging scale problems to evolve the AWS Marketplace service.
• Work on complex system software and leverage AI tooling and Spec-Driven Development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality software and operational excellence.
• Communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts.
