• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience creating content for technical audiences, such as developer documentation or IT playbooks.
• 2 years of experience collaborating with subject matter experts to document internal or external APIs.

• Partner with subject matter experts from YouTube infrastructure teams to document and teach complex technical information.
• Plan, create, and maintain educational resources that guide readers through developer journeys.
• Document internal and external APIs to ensure seamless integration and use.
• Identify opportunities to involve engineering teams in document maintenance and advocate for documentation best practices.
• Use and adapt AI tooling into workflows and teach these best practices to teams.
