Responsibilities
- Prepare and process billing for corporate and individual clients related to service fees.
- Generate and distribute client and corporate statements of account.
- Post daily cash receipts in PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable and reconcile balances accurately.
- Engage with corporate clients to support timely collection of past-due accounts.
- Respond to billing-related inquiries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to additional billing-related projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
