The Loan Management team is part of the Global Markets division, focusing on asset management and risk mitigation for a portfolio of loans backed by cash-flowing assets. This dynamic team supports the Mortgage Loan Trading and Structured Finance desks, specializing in whole loan acquisition, sales, and securitizations. Candidates will engage in managing structured corporate loans and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment.

• Mortgage banking or other financial industry experience is required.

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of structured corporate loans collateralized by residential real estate or mortgages.
• Prepare and update monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with negotiation of loan agreements and associated documents.
• Support the trading desk and Investment Banking Division in platform diligence for prospective clients.
• Monitor and validate loan facility collateralization and adjustments relative to market pricing.
• Coordinate requests for additional leverage and payment activity between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track key deliverables and financial metrics under the financing documents.
• Analyze and present portfolio trends quantifying risks and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Participate with Technology to support automation and big data initiatives.
• Develop reporting solutions among available data sources.
• Maintain systems for tracking projects and communicate results to different business groups.
• Monitor business plan performance and make tactical and strategic recommendations.
