The SAP Technical / Basis Lead at IBM is responsible for overseeing SAP system administration, architecture, and technical operations. This role involves managing SAP landscapes, driving system performance, and ensuring stability while leading infrastructure initiatives such as cloud migrations and upgrades. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership to Basis administrators. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Basis administration and a strong understanding of cloud environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA database
• Experience leading SAP technical teams or projects
• Hands-on experience with system installations, upgrades, and migrations

• Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems including S/4HANA, ECC, and BW.
• Manage SAP landscapes including DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Act as the primary technical lead for SAP Basis and infrastructure initiatives.
• Collaborate with SAP functional and development teams for system changes and transports.
• Design scalable SAP architectures for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.
