The CMMS Engineer role at Amazon involves serving as a system master expert within the data center region. The engineer will support local data center teams with asset collection, maintenance schedules, reporting, and training. • 3+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 2+ years of electrical and mechanical facilities maintenance experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, or 3+ years of facilities management experience
• 5+ years of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) experience
• 2+ years of data-driven business operations processes experience
• Experience in business intelligence and analytics
• 2+ years SQL Server database query and reporting experience using ETL, data warehouse, and SSAS/SSRS tools
• Working knowledge in EAM equipment hierarchy, object coding and naming convention

• Own the process from start to finish with deploying the EAM platform in the data center region
• Support local data center teams with asset collection and maintenance schedules
• Drive global processes and document development as part of the global EAM team
• Act as the gatekeeper for mission-critical data in EAM, ensuring accuracy and report quality
• Develop systems enhancement modules of core and advanced modules to meet business requirements
• Travel 20% of the time when launching new locations
