Job description
Apple's Customer Systems team is looking for a passionate project manager to oversee large-scale projects and feature areas. This role involves leading business requirements analysis, technical design discussions, testing, and partner collaboration. The project manager will focus on execution, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining attention to detail. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
Requirements
- B.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent related work experience.
- 4 plus years of experience in engineering project management.
- Experience with the application of machine learning techniques.
- Experience in software development life cycle methodologies.
- Background in software development, either as a software engineer or exposure to the software development life cycle.
- Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Lead and deliver on every aspect of the project.
- Work with a diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication.
- Bring engineers, product managers, and designers together to deliver results.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and lead project teams to meet all project deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Manage budgets and forecast resource needs.
- Successfully complete and deliver projects using an Agile methodology.
