The Full Stack Java/Cloud Developer position at Citi is an intermediate level role focused on the establishment and implementation of application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role involves contributing to applications systems analysis and programming activities while ensuring the delivery of secure and efficient services. • 5-8 years of relevant experience in large scale application development using modern technologies such as Java EE, SQL, Spring, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and ReactJS.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of databases, specifically Oracle.
• Experience with application servers and build automation tools like Maven.
• Proficient in using Git for version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for application systems.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process including design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Utilize specialty knowledge to analyze complex problems and evaluate business processes.
• Recommend and develop security measures during post-implementation analysis.
• Consult with users and other technology groups to recommend advanced programming solutions.
• Ensure essential procedures are followed and help define operating standards.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
• Assess risk when making business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and assets.
