The Software Development Engineer role at Annapurna Labs focuses on building and evolving machine learning tools for custom AI accelerators. The work involves collaboration with hardware engineers, system architects, and ML researchers to optimize ML workloads.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or equivalent.
- Experience in Kubernetes, Docker, or the containers ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Java and at least one of Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Internship or project experience with AWS services such as EKS, EC2, or S3.
- Experience with Linux systems and performance profiling.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement tooling for profiling, optimization, and resource management of ML workloads.
- Build high-impact solutions that ship to a large and growing customer base.
- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Create metrics, implement automation, and resolve root causes of software defects.
- Work in a startup-like environment focused on solving important problems.
