The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position focused on establishing and implementing application systems in collaboration with the Technology team. This role aims to lead systems analysis and programming activities while ensuring integration across functions. The analyst will provide expertise in applications programming and ensure adherence to architectural standards. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage stakeholders and guide mid-level developers.

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience
• 5+ years of experience in PEGA PRPC architecture, design, and development
• 4+ years of experience with cloud-based PEGA deployments, specifically AWS
• 4+ years of experience with cloud migration and constellation migration
• E2E experience with Infinity (version 24.1 or above) required
• Pega certification CLSA preferred, with a minimum of CSSA mandatory
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in PDM
• Preferred hands-on experience with Customer Service, Smart Investigate, and Smart Dispute frameworks
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns including REST, SOAP, MQ, and KAFKA
• DevOps experience with BitBucket, TeamCity, uDeploy, and CI/CD on a Pega platform understanding preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• LSA Certified with 8.8 or latest

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions and identify necessary system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow to develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how business areas integrate to accomplish goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Lead end-to-end design and architecture of PEGA applications across multiple business units.
• Conduct architecture reviews and enforce PEGA guardrails and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Engage in performance tuning, scalability analysis, and application optimization.
