This role involves working as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) within Amazon Management (Middle Mile), focusing on building efficient transportation solutions using technology. Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and testing
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement highly available web services.
- Collaborate with research science to develop and model new planning-related algorithms.
- Lead a small team of engineers and ensure that engineering best practices are followed.
- Assist in the hiring and mentoring of other Software Development Engineers.
