• Experience as a senior developer in a fast-paced front office capital markets trading environment.
• Ability to work in a global distributed team environment and contribute to a high performing team.
• Knowledge of fixed income financial products in either Rates or Spread Products domain.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and project organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience in developing large-scale enterprise trading applications.

• Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.
• Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
• Work closely with end users to gain direct exposure to front office trading and finance.
• Deliver state-of-the-art technology solutions to the Global Fixed Income business.
• Manage challenging stakeholders and deliver quality results in the required timeframe.
