Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build new products and services while optimizing the platform using data.
  • Develop relationships with the engineering organization to prioritize requirements.
  • Innovate and seek out new solutions for the platform.
  • Contribute to the platform product portfolio and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering to make trade-off decisions on product features.
  • Monitor platform performance, adoption, and operational health.
  • Identify and research anomalous performance and operational risks.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while safeguarding the firm's reputation.
