Job description
As a Hardware System Integrator at Apple, you will apply your engineering expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams in the development of innovative products like the Apple Vision Pro. Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum experience of a relevant hardware engineering internship.
- Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with schematic capture and layout review.
- Knowledge in one or more areas such as CPU/SOC, power management, analog circuits, or wireless systems.
- Working knowledge of embedded systems with a focus on meeting tight constraints.
Responsibilities
- Select components and design schematics for hardware integration.
- Direct layout and bring up/debug circuits in the lab.
- Collaborate with partner teams to realize prototypes for product definition.
- Define test criteria and execute test plans on functional prototypes.
- Perform characterization of circuits using state-of-the-art test equipment.
- Identify product tradeoffs and optimize designs to meet requirements.
