Job description

The Ads Measurement team at Netflix is seeking highly motivated engineers to build advanced advertising systems that enhance the viewing experience while delivering impactful results for advertisers. This new team aims to differentiate itself in the rapidly growing Connected TV advertising space by developing unique value propositions. The role involves navigating privacy-safe conversion attribution systems and leveraging Netflix's innovations to quantify campaign outcomes. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment focused on building high-performance advertising solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience building 0-to-1 conversion attribution systems in a privacy-safe way while navigating signal loss from third-party cookie limitations.
  • Experience with advanced conversion attribution modeling approaches and methodologies.
  • Broad knowledge of ad tech and advertising landscape, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
  • Developed many cloud-based applications and comfortable with modern programming languages, preferably object-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance advertising systems that respect the viewing experience and drive results for advertisers.
  • Develop tools that empower advertisers to measure and analyze campaign outcomes effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising technologies into Netflix's content delivery ecosystem.
  • Ensure brand safety for advertisers while delivering appropriate ads to members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal compliance regarding advertising regulations.

Benefits

  • Employees at Netflix are often offered flexible, people-first benefits—unlimited time away, generous parental leave, global family-forming support, mental-health programs (mindfulness, free counseling/coaching), and health coverage tailored by country. Financially, Netflix pays at personal top-of-market and lets employees choose their mix of cash vs. fully-vested 10-year stock options, alongside donation and volunteer matching. Convenience perks can include trust-based travel/expense policies, relocation support, and “Work, Not Drive” rideshare flexibility.
