Job description

The Digital S/W Eng Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for leading application development efforts and driving results on large-scale projects. This role requires a deep understanding of technology and business functions, as well as the ability to mentor and guide teams. The analyst will provide architectural guidance, conduct design and code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices. The position significantly impacts the overall performance and effectiveness of the organization.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience in technology leadership within Wealth Management or the broader Banking domain.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree, with a Master’s degree preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise in developing enterprise-grade applications using modern technology stacks.
  • Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Retail Banking operations, and critical back-office operations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for executing and driving results on large-scale efforts or multiple smaller efforts.
  • Provide guidance on architecturally significant efforts during the preplanning phase.
  • Publish design review extensions and provide documented guidance aligned to sprint plans.
  • Participate in microservices and NGA code reviews.
  • Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and manage escalations effectively.
