In this role at Fidelity, you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance the engineering community while focusing on the Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform. You will work closely with the Corporate Services Technology team and collaborate with Compliance and Risk business partners. The position emphasizes integrity, operational excellence, and technological innovation. Your contributions will be vital in supporting and advancing GRC applications and processes.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer 6.x GRC applications.
• 9 years of experience in Information Security, Information Technology, security controls, and GRC industry best practices.
• Expert-level understanding of risk management, compliance, and governance principles/frameworks.
• Strong command of web technologies including CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and XML.
• Required hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis and automation.
• Experience creating calculated fields, reports, iViews, advanced workflows, and dashboards.
• Expertise integrating Archer with other tools and systems through advanced data feeds and RESTful APIs.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to engage effectively in technical discussions.
• Experience with Snowflake and Power BI is a plus.
• GRC or risk certifications such as CRISC, CISM, CISSP, or GRCP are nice to have.

• Support the Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform.
• Design complex On-Demand Applications and advanced workflows.
• Develop custom solutions within the Archer platform using web technologies.
• Create and manage calculated fields, reports, and dashboards for various programs.
• Integrate Archer with other systems and tools through advanced data feeds.
• Translate user needs into technical specifications by understanding stakeholder requirements.
• Guide standard methodologies and provide mentoring support to other developers.
