This role involves leading the front-end development for AWS Holmes, a GenAI-powered content quality platform. Requirements
- 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals experience including object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithm design
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React
- Experience building reusable UX components or libraries
- 1+ years of agile software development methodology experience
- Experience with common front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, TypeScript, and Node
- Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle
Responsibilities
- Lead front-end development for the next generation of Holmes, building a scalable rubric management platform in React and TypeScript.
- Transform CDS agent pattern prototypes into production-grade, accessible UI frames.
- Build self-service rubric management including end-to-end creation, rule editing with live preview, and evaluation dashboards.
- Design human-in-the-loop evaluation surfaces such as diff-style content mutation views and feedback collection interfaces.
- Deliver platform UX for program integrations including simplified scan workflows and collaborative sharing.
- Own front-end operational excellence including performance monitoring and accessibility compliance.
