• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards and operations
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance distributed systems for AWS Network Firewall
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and architect solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across distributed systems
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and documentation efforts
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design to monitoring in a CI/CD environment
• Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, performance, and security through automation
