As a Data Center Commissioning Engineer (CxE) at AWS, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for the commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in Amazon-owned data centers. • 5+ years of engineering, installation, or startup/commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer License
• Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production
• Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents

• Provide testing and validation oversight of AWS data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure
• Review design documents and equipment submittals
• Lead Factory Witness Testing (FWT) and manage third-party commissioning vendors
• Audit commissioning vendors' activities to ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety requirements
• Regularly report commissioning progress and metrics to the Regional Commissioning Manager
• Coordinate site activities and prioritize tasks across AWS engineering, capacity delivery, operations, and contractor teams
