• Strong background in engineering or physical sciences with demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in optics, opto-mechanics, precision motion control systems, and computing hardware systems.
• Experience with scientific and statistical analysis tools such as Matlab, Python, and JMP.
• Familiarity with Zemax and other optical design software is a plus.
• Minimum qualifications include a Doctorate with no experience, a Master's with 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's with 5 years of experience.
