Job description
Ring is seeking a Software Development Engineer to contribute to the AI transformation of customer support activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about software quality and will take ownership of their work. This role involves maintaining, designing, developing, and delivering tools and cloud services that support the customer support team. The position is based in Hawthorne, CA, and offers the opportunity to work with a growing team focused on enhancing customer service tools.
Requirements
- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems
- 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience
- 1+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications
- 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and update functionality for tools and systems that provide AI-automation for customer support activities.
- Identify opportunities to improve user experience on platforms used by customers.
- Engage internal teams and external stakeholders for implementing features.
